The business was established in 1977 to manufacture and
repair motor sport components. Over the years we have
repaired and refinished wheels for most of the major motorsport
teams.
The repair and refinishing of alloy wheels now accounts
for 80% of our business.
We can straighten
buckles, remove dents and weld in missing pieces on any
type of aluminium or magnesium wheel.
We can alter bolt PCD's, modify and fit nut inserts and
alter offsets and spigot diameters.
The wheels are cleaned using fine aluminium oxide bead
prior to refinishing. The wheels are powder coated or
wet painted in any colour to original manufactures specifications.
We can also
apply a film to the wheels to give a 'carbon fibre'
or patterned appearance.
We have used magnesium wheels for sale in sizes from
5"x15" to 8"x18" to fit Ford, Mitsubishi
and Subaru Competition cars.
Over the past 22 years we have also been involved in
rallying the Vauxhall Chevette in Group 4 & Group
B forms.
We have built a large number of cars and can supply
a complete range of new and used competition components.
We have also recently developed a fuel injection system
for the Vauxhall 2.5 and 3.0 litre V6 engines which
gives 260 BHP and 215 lbFT torque.
